Camp Fire-Arizona has provided educational and social service programs for youth and families in underserved neighborhoods in Phoenix for over 80 years.  In these challenging times, these programs are more important than ever and Camp Fire-Arizona has stepped up to the plate. Camp Fire began as a single camp for girls in the 1920s and is now one of the largest non-profit providers of in-school tutoring services in Arizona.  When Camp Fire is called upon...Camp Fire delivers!

Camp Fire-AZ receives grant from the Wal-Mart Foundation...On June 1st, Camp Fire-Arizona was notified that it will be receiving a $35,000 grant from the Wal-Mart Foundation. This generous funding will be used for expansion of the tutoring program in Title One schools in Phoenix. This brings the total foundation funding for our tutoring programs to $993,000 since the program was implemented in 2006.
